We now have spy photos with the upcoming 2013 Citroen C4 Picasso.
Looking a lot different than
the outgoing model, the new generation of the C4 Picasso features rather unique
split headlamp and turn signals clusters, a look which makes us think of the
Nissan Juke but with a better design.
It also sports the firm's
latest double chevron grille and has a beefy chrome frame running around the
edges of the three large side glasses, while the less innovative back has Volkswagen
Golf-inspired LED taillights.
The new C4 Picasso will ride
on the EMP2 platform (Efficient Modular Platform 2) developed by PSA Peugeot Citroen
which makes use of high-strength steel, aluminum and composites. Thanks to this
change, the new model could be 154 lbs (70 kg) less heavy than its predecessor.
